the staff was amazing. alesso welcomed me so warmly, and sophia greeted me each morning with a smile. soja made the best cappuccino i have ever tasted!!! the afternoon swims were relaxing, followed by time in the spa. the jacuzzi and pool were good after exploring. the hotel had a great location near shops and restaurants. it was a short walk to town.
the pool loungers were often fully occupied, making it hard to find a spot for a full pool day.

The rooftop pool and bar provided amazing views. I enjoyed the space. The staff was very helpful and provided some of the best service i have ever experienced. I found the breakfast selection great and had plenty of choice. The hotel's decor was lovely.
The number of loungers at the pool was limited. I think more should be available.

Breakfast included a wide array of options, and I thought it was delicious. The Michelin star restaurant inside the hotel required reservations; I suggest booking in advance. The rooftop bar also served light meals.

The hotel was close to many restaurants, and I enjoyed the variety. The walk from the hotel to the centre was very pleasant. THE location was quiet, though close to the center.

Everything looked new, and i found the facilities amazing. The indoor spa was fabulous, and i really enjoyed the treatments. The rooftop area includes a pool and bar.

The staff was very helpful. Marta and Johanna at reception were extremely accommodating. A problem with heating happened and the staff compensated the cost. They surprised me with almond chocolates after I mentioned I liked them.
